Do you need a jump start to change a habit?

We’ve been working on making a change in our rituals to “fuel the fire” so that we can manage our energy better as leaders. Some of us are getting more sleep, others are drinking more water, and many are trying new work-out routines. It’s hard to change a long-embedded habit but may be easier to look at it as adding something new to our lives. In this video on TED, Matt Cutts from Google suggests we try something new — one thing — for 30 days. I think you’ll find it inspiring.
